Massage therapy works with the body to heal itself in a completely natural and non-invasive manner. It is a process by which you can return your body to its natural balance in a gentle manner. Although some conditions respond dramatically to treatment, others will respond more gradually over an extended period of time.

Virtually everyone suffers from stress of some kind. Stress can cause a number of physical ailments as well as psychological or emotional problems. Massage therapy has a positive effect on several systems of the body including the circulatory, nervous and muscular systems.

Massage Therapy can become a wonderful addition to your healthy lifestyle.

If you suffer from any of the following symptoms massage therapy could help you:

  • Back, Shoulder and Neck Pain
  • Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Whiplash
  • Stress and Tension
  • Post-Injury Rehabilitation

Some insurance plans require a medical doctor to refer patients for massage therapy. Check with the department that administers your insurance to determine if this is necessary in your case.
